Apparently TMOL is too lazy or important blah blah blah to stuff t-shirts in mail pouches too. They had the good sense to collect money though. Why aren't y'all in on this scam too?

Are you sure? You could get a new videogame for $50, isn't that worth ignoring some complaints?
That's just the thing - right now, I can easily ignore complaints, because hey, who cares when people complain about the quality of something that's free? But as soon as you take money for something, I'd think you have an obligation to pay attention when people complain.
