What I've wanted to know is, where were all these protestors when the US went into Bosnia? SFOR was put together by NATO, not the UN because Russia blocked any attempt to get the UN to use force. (They were too busy shipping guns down the Danube.) Plus, that whole thing was preemptive as well. Europe was worried that the conflict *might* widen to include other countries that *could* end up involved in the conflict on different sides which *may* have lead to an even broader conflict. Where were the protesters then?
