My employer is sending me (and other management staff) to an all-day workshop on Friday entitled 'Conflict Resolution for Supervisors'. Upon enquiring as to whether I could skip it or not to meet deadlines, I was thankfully enlightened to the obvious fact that this seminar is in fact far more important than any actual work I might complete in that time.
However, due to the depth that the rest of the 'net has sunk to in any kind of intellectual or entertainment value, I have extensively and deeply read the Conversatron. This was also far more important than work, obivously.
Clearly, you people need to learn to manage conflict! Far more important!
So, I have 2 questions:
1: Which of you electronic, er, 'personalities' wants to stand in for me at this seminar? Far more important!
2: Conflict? You gotta conflict!? C'mere!! I got your resolution right HERE! Little closer, that's it... BANG!
(oh yeah, uh, the Gimp sent me. Word!)
