Why does NBC schedule its worst new shows at Thursday, 8:30 PM? Seriously, how many crappy sitcoms must we, the viewing public, endure?

Let's see, we've got two of the best rated sitcoms on at 8 and 9. We could add another one of our best in-between the two to make an incredibly high quality line-up. Or we could move it to another day and put in some schlock because you lazy slobs won't bother to change the channel. Who wins?
