So, is it a MMORPG? And if it is, are you guys paying attention to all the other problems the other MMORPGS have been having?

Oh, we totally have, and I'll let slip a little bit of secret information: In the Matrix Online, you never have to kill giant rats.
Which may be a problem, because if current MMPS are any indication, killing giant rats over and over again is what people consider to be "gameplay".
