Suppose seeing the person isn't a viable option. Say ... the person doesn't want to see you, and you're concerned about things like restraining orders and being labeled a stalker and suchlike. Suggestions?

If you've been missing them consistently, you may need to upgrade your scope.
I'm telling you, nothing beats the hands on approach.
I'm with Max on this one.
Plus, I've never had problems with being labelled a stalker.
Then again, I meet most of my girls on the conversatron, so they tend more towards the desperate/psychotic end of the spectrum.
