OK, if a 1000 monkeys with typewriters can come up with the full works of Shakespeare, would this fall under the DCMA?

What if the monkeys managed to type out the full source code to Windows XP along the way?

It's not going to happen, all of the monkeys in the XP team signed NDAs.

Most of them had to sign with an "X" or the Palm Graffiti version of "X".
