The Topic: Anime and DBZ

I was just wondering if DBZ would be considered a REAL anime. I ask this because it is missing many of the required laws of anime, found at this site:
http://www.abcb.com/laws/index.htm
I would like this cleared up, as I am trying to up my daily anime intake, and DBZ would help with that immensly.
