If two sets of identical twins got married to eachother...and had children...would thier children look alike providing that they all have the same genetic make-up? Or even better...why is it that whenever Kidz Bop commercials come on..you begin to feel sick to your stomach?

No. During meiosis, an almost random assortment of your genes, and thus alleles, are put into each egg or sperm cell.

In other words, you have at least 2 copies of each gene, but only half of those copies goes to your sperm or egg cells. And which copy gets selected, whether it's the gene for say, blue eyes or brown eyes, is almost random.
