But what would be the point? The Matrix was supposed to be a world that was indistinguishable from the world we (supposedly) live in now. So about the most they could do would be some lame thing like Majestic, where everyone runs around not being particularly paranoid.
Then when you have tens of thousands of people who are "The One", it'll kind of destroy the whole mystique, won't it?
