The Topic: Murphy's Law

The Asker
The amount of work that actually gets done is inversely proportional to the amount of work needed to be done. This is especially true of doing shit during finals and getting all hyped up in the summer. So obviously, students are screwed, no matter how much caffiene they consume. This means everyone should drop out and party all through college. Logical, and fascinating.

If your first statement were literally true, Hoover Dam would still be under construction in the 23rd century, and the writers of this site would be able to single-handedly recreate the Great Pyramid.

Your second statement is also illogical; for if one 'drops out' that person cannot 'party all through college' as his or her college career has already ended.

Do I ever tell you what a fun guy you are, Spock? No? Good.

Seriously, though, I don't like this guy's attitude. Slacking off? That's not the way I got through my Academy Final Examinations.

No, you cheated.

...and then I partied.
