If you have full-duplex drivers for your soundcard, and all modern cards do, then you can just hit record in a sound editor, play on the Flash animation, and get a .wav that way. Sure the quality will be sucky if you recompress it, but sucky is our middle name.
That's where the laziness kicks in.
At least that explains the "S" on my birth certificate.
