Augh, I just finished cutting up all these cayenne and tabasco peppers, but I forgot about wearing rubber gloves! Now it won't come off of my hands - What the hell do I do? I've washed my hands a dozen times, I even tried soaking them in milk. My fingers feel like they're burning up from all the capsaicin!

Um, try rubbing alcohol or that no-wash hand cleaner to cut the oil, followed by lotion.
As for the eye, wash it out with milk. Don't put alcohol in your eye.
