English classes

I have 8 absences in my English class. If I miss one more class, I am dropped with a failing grade by the school. The thing is, I'm really tired right now, and I want to sleep through it about as much as a naked man would prefer not to be placed in a septic tank. I have only this class period and a final next week, but I still really want to skip today.

So, should I risk it, or will they drop me this absurdly late in the semester?
