My sister came home from a class trip to Quebec, and her entire class caught some sort of Canadian cold. I'm worrying that it could spread to epidemic status quite quickly. Should I notify the CDC? Or should I interperet this as a deliberate chemical attack on United States Citizens and report it to the Pentagon?
