Personally, I suggest finding an unobtainable fantasy woman, whom you nonetheless interact with on frequent occassions, and then longing after her for a period of several years while hiding your true feelings from her, while at the same time making it obvious to all around you that you are completely obsessed with this person, and then finally waiting until the last moment before allowing a twist of fate to bring the two of you together, simultaneously destroying two other relationships in the process.
Granted, this may not work for everyone.
