I work at a small company where one guy is charge of billing and he has an assistant who was really only hired because she's pretty. She doesn't know anything. She rolls in around 4 or 4:30, sits around, does 15 minutes of work, bills for 3 hours, and leaves early. Every night. Plus she's shallow and boring, and comes to work in bar clothes. Oh wait, today she's wearing her boyfriend's sweater. Is there ANYthing I can do to make her say something smart, act remotely smart, or maybe just make her disappear?
