Why is it that sometines you leave two or three days' worth of topics up on the front (Besides current), and sometimes only one?

Because after archival, the topics left on the front page are based on the number of lines, not days. Sometimes two or three days can fit, but after busy days only one day's worth is left.

Well, he IS in the Army.... and he stayed in long enough to make E-4 which means he probably re-enlisted at some point. That requires at least a little bit of masochistic tendencies.
