Why is it that I get so much X-rated junk mail advertizing "hot asian teen lesbian sex" and such when that's among the last things I'd really care to see, while my ex the porn adict signs up for such mailing lists and gets less of it than I do?

There's little use in the porn industry advertising to your ex, as it's "preaching to the choir," so to speak.
The porn industry is simply trying to penetrate new market segments. Even if the opening seems tight, by applying more pressure and increasing product thrust, they can see noticable increases.
