What should I do about my neighbor? He's a nice
enough guy, but he likes to have parties that start
around 1 in the morning. I can't hear any music
or loud noises, but his houses entrance is close
enough to the back-end of my house that my dog
considers it his territory, and starts barking
ferociously from 1-3am when the guests are arriving
and 5-7am when the guests are leaving.
