I'm so bored with my music collection, but finding good stuff is difficult. Know of any good emerging artists, preferrably in the experimental electronica category? (None of that repetitive techno crap; I'm thinking more melodic, along the lines of The Alpha Conspiracy.) Related styles such as whatever the hell Cibo Matto and Gorillaz are should also be considered.
Though really, any genre is okay; I'm even open to rap or country these days, as long as it's creative enough.
Also, is it too tacky to plug my own band, fluffy porcupine, here? Or is only Jin Wicked allowed to talk about herself?
