Well, I have some personal feelings against using a duel as a way to settle a political dispute. But that's just me. However, as for your suggestion to Mr. Nader, it doesn't work that way. The popular vote means nothing. The only thing being decided is electoral voters, and they can vote for whoever they want. If one of the candidates were to kill the other, the voters would certainly vote for another member of their own party regardless.
