I voted for Nader because I knew that he was the only third party candidate who stood a chance of getting into office. I couldn't have cared less about his politics, I just wanted to see a third party president.

I'm trying to figure out how a guy who everyone agreed would get no more than 6% of the vote, and, in fact, only got 2%, stands a chance of being elected when the other two guys will definitely get 45% each.
Sure, well, uh, you just multiply by 9 and then carry the 4, and then divide by 3, then take the circumfrence. Oh wait, sorry I was working on something else.
Oh, to answer your question. There's no way in hell Nader stood a chance of "getting into office".
