So what do you guys think about all the new announcments from apple? I for one am excited. I do lots of stuff that the altivec accelerates so the dual G4 announcement is great news. While their benchmarks are a bit bloated in non altivec enhanced stuff, take it from personal experience...using 2 g4/500's with altivec enhanced software, and you can just about reach the 7 Gflops theoretical max. Woohoo!!
