Knock yourself out.
All topics with a score greater than 4.0 recieve a star. The star it recieves depends on the total score. 4.0-4.32 for bronze, 4.33-4.65 for silver, and 4.66-5.0 for gold. The reason you see topics with a 5.0 and not a star is because a topic needs a certain number of votes before it is eligible for a star.
