So I'm trying to distance myself from Netscape (and Netscape Messenger), but I forget my e-mail password and when I called tech support to get it changed, it didn't stick.
Also, it confuses me that Outlook, part of a $300 suite of applications, doesn't have an import function as robust or flexible as Outlook Express. I had to import all of my e-mail to Outlook Express and then in turn import it to Outlook, simply because Outlook won't let you choose a Netscape user config other than the default, which I don't use.
