In my opinion, Data is the greatest Starfleet member from any of the Star Trek series. Far smarter than Spock, and far stronger than Worf. His twin brother, Lore, conquered the Borg. And Data himself took over the Enterprise single-handedly once. Let's see Kirk top that!
