I usually enjoy your site, until I get to some Askees that have been trapped in the Screen Grab Zone™. Some people like Milkman Dan receive robust, full colored pictures of themselves while Simpsons Askees, each of which have 10,000 pictures floating on the net, are reduced to "Rock Bottom" levels of image quality.
Are you incapable of using a scanner the way it's meant to be used, and not as a mimeograph for your "fun zone?"

See, you've summed up the problem nicely. By using only small, low quality pictures of the more popular and famous Askees (and those with the most litigious lawyers) we hope to say "under the radar" of the copyright holders. Thus, we can continue bringing you high quality humor without worry, and avoid serious-ass copyright issues.
