Hhhhmmm... It looks like it was released on 5/26/1998.
And since that date is now firmly located in The Past, you're going to have to build a time machine to get it!
Good luck with that. If you do manage it, you might want to consider buying a few copies of it, so you can sell them on eBay here, in The Present, and make a tidy profit.
