Four year olds were most certainly the target of Nintendo's Zelda advertising strategy. They by far make up the majority of the financial decision makers. I wonder why more companies don't target this important demographic.

Why don't you target pregnant mothers? If children were born addicted you'd be able to make a mint, and there isn't any legislation against that since pregnant mothers are usually over 16.
