Everyone tend to think of vegetarians as health-conscious, or liberal hippie-freaks. But the McChicken head raises the question: How many people choose vegetarianism out of fear?

I've been grilling steaks for 30 years now, and never have I accidentally deep fat fried a chicken head.
Speaking of deep fried, you know what's really tasty? Cajun soft-shell crap, battered and fried. Scary as hell on your plate, but deee-licious.
