The Topic: Re: The Strenght of Garafolo

"Interesting, accept for:"

What sort of a sad day is it for the conversatron when you don't make fun of malapropism but instead discuss politics?

Responses:

Tom Servo

Maybe it was short for "Interesting, accept for consideration, the following."

  Crow T. Robot

It could have been "for" meaning "in favor of."

So, "Interesting, accept in favor of." In the imperative tense. But, you know, it was being used ironically.

Tom Servo

You really have to give the other person the benefit of the doubt.

  Mike Nelson

Since when?

  Crow T. Robot

Since the "other person" isn't the one we're trying to make things difficult for at this particular moment.

  Herr Bsc

Damn, and you didn't even make fun of my "Strenght" typo!

Tom Servo

Sure we did.

  Crow T. Robot

We just did it behind your back.
