My friend is about to take his physics final and is freaking out. How do I get him to calm down?

Tell him to think about the worst that could possibly happen, and ask if it's worse than all this panic and worry.

Sifl & Olly
On the other hand, if the worst that could happen is really really bad, this could do more damage.

 Combustion
That made it worse... How do I fix this?

 Sifl & Olly
Oops, it's probably too late now.

Sifl & Olly
Leave a problem alone and it will go away.

At least for us.

 Sifl & Olly
I suppose in the future you should be hesitant to take advice from sock puppets.

 Combustion
If you're just sock puppets, why in the world did answer my question when you knew the advice was going to be useless/harmful

Sifl & Olly
Well, duh, because we're just sock puppets.

 Combustion
Stupid sock puppets, my friend had a nervious breakdown. YOU DIE NOW!!!

 Sifl & Olly
Well, sorry about that. I thought it was good advice. I used to do that all the time, and I only had a nervous breakdown once, maybe twice.
