Ughhh, 866 is trying to be the new toll free area code. does no one understand that adding a digit to phone #'s is a far better alternative? California has 25 area codes alone!

Right. Lots of data base work now, or lots later. How many Area Codes left? Approx time to running out? Exactly. Might as well add 2 digits, come to think of it.
